All the flavours of a spinach and feta gozleme - but in a pasta form. This hack recipe makes all your weeknight dinner dilemmas disappear. The sauce is made entirely in the oven and then you just stir the cooked pasta through - genius!
The ingredient of Gozleme Feta Pasta Recipe
- 200g block creamy feta
- 1 2 purple shallots peeled and roughly chopped
- olive oil to drizzle
- 40g 1 4 cup pine nuts
- 6 garlic cloves
- 300g spiral pasta
- 100g baby spinach leaves
- 1 4 cup fresh parsley leaves roughly chopped
- 1 4 cup fresh mint leaves roughly chopped
- 1 lemon cut into wedges

- preheat oven to 200u00b0c 180u00b0c fan forced
- place the feta in a baking dish scatter shallots around the feta and drizzle with olive oil bake for 20 minutes add pine nuts and garlic cloves and cook for a further 10 15 minutes
- meanwhile cook the pasta according to packet directions drain reserving 1 cup of the cooking liquid
- remove feta from the oven and mash with a fork adding around u00bd cup of pasta water to make a creamy sauce add the spinach and pasta leaving to sit for 5 minutes to allow the spinach to wilt before stirring to combine stir in herbs and season to taste serve with lemon wedges
