The ingredient of Coffee And Hazelnut Granita

  • 2 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 2 cup drinking chocolate powder
  • 2 tbsp instant espresso coffee powder see note
  • 1 2 cup caster sugar
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1 3 cup dry roasted hazelnuts chopped
  • chopped dry roasted hazelnuts to serve

The Instruction of coffee and hazelnut granita

  • combine cornflour chocolate powder coffee powder and sugar in a saucepan over medium high heat gradually add milk stirring until smooth cook stirring constantly for 15 minutes or until mixture has thickened slightly do not boil remove from heat stir in hazelnuts set aside to cool for 20 minutes
  • pour mixture into an 8 cup capacity container freeze for 1 hour or until mixture starts to freeze around edges transfer to a bowl using an electric mixer beat mixture for 1 minute or until smooth return to container repeat process 4 times cover freeze for 4 hours or overnight
  • scoop into bowls see tip serve topped with hazelnuts
