Pork and apples are a match made in heaven.
The ingredient of Honey Pork And Apples
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 pork cutlets
- 50g butter
- 3 golden delicious apples cut into 5mm slices
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- steamed jasmine rice to serve
- steamed carrots to serve
The Instruction of honey pork and apples
- heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium high heat add cutlets cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through remove from heat keep warm
- reduce heat and add butter to pan saut apple slices and rosemary for 4 to 5 minutes tossing remove to a plate with pork chops stir honey and lemon juice into frypan cook for 30 seconds
- place chops and apples on serving plates spoon over lemon and honey sauce serve with rice and carrots
