The ingredient of Honey Pork And Apples

  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 4 pork cutlets
  • 50g butter
  • 3 golden delicious apples cut into 5mm slices
  • 1 tbsp fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • steamed jasmine rice to serve
  • steamed carrots to serve

The Instruction of honey pork and apples

  • heat oil in a large non stick frypan over medium high heat add cutlets cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through remove from heat keep warm
  • reduce heat and add butter to pan saut apple slices and rosemary for 4 to 5 minutes tossing remove to a plate with pork chops stir honey and lemon juice into frypan cook for 30 seconds
  • place chops and apples on serving plates spoon over lemon and honey sauce serve with rice and carrots
