Upside Down Hot Chocolate


Put a new spin a much-loved favourite with this upside-down hot chocolate.

The ingredient of Upside Down Hot Chocolate

  • 300ml thickened cream
  • 1 4 cup 60ml baileys irish cream optional
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp icing sugar
  • 4 cups 1l milk
  • 200g white chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 2 tbsp coles choc fudge sprinkles

The Instruction of upside down hot chocolate

  • combine the cream baileys if using cocoa powder and icing sugar in a bowl use an electric mixer to whisk until soft peaks form
  • combine the milk and white chocolate in a large saucepan over low heat stir for 5 mins or until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth and heated through
  • pour evenly among heatproof serving glasses or mugs top with the cream mixture and sprinkles serve immediately
