• 45ml the singleton spey cascade single malt scotch whisky
• 2 tsp canadian maple syrup not maple flavoured syrup
• pinch of salt
• 2 dashes of angostura bitters optional

The Instruction of salted maple old fashioned

• combine the singleton spey cascade single malt scotch whisky maple syrup salt and bitters optional in a glass
• add ice and stir until the glass starts to frost up
• add remaining scotch whisky and stir for another 10 seconds
• garnish with an orange peel
