  • 20g butter chopped
  • 50g 1 u20443 cup frozen chopped onion
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed

  • 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves

  • place the butter onion and garlic in the base of four 375ml 11 u20442 cup microwave safe mugs place all the mugs in the microwave cook for 1 minute or until onion is soft and butter is melted
