This baked, nutty dessert is filled with crunchy pecans, oats, and white chocolate pieces.
The ingredient of Apple Oat Chocolate Crumble
- 1 4 cup caster sugar
- 1 cup pecan pieces
- 1 cup white choc bits
- 3 4 cup oats
- 1 2 cup brown sugar
- 1 4 cup plain flour
- 100g unsalted butter at room temperature
- 6 gala apples cored thinly sliced
- cream or ice cream to serve
The Instruction of apple oat chocolate crumble
- preheat oven to 180c or 160c fan forced toss apples together with caster sugar and place in a medium baking dish
- to make crumble topping combine pecans choc bits oats brown sugar and flour in a bowl add butter and using fingertips rub in until combined sprinkle crumble topping over apples
- bake for 45 50 mins until apples are tender crumble crisp serve with cream or ice cream
