The ingredient of Ramen Noodles In A Jar
- 1 2 tsp sambal oelek plus extra to serve optional
- 60ml 1 4 cup light coconut milk
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- 100g shelf fresh wholegrain noodles rinsed to separate
- 1 2 carrot shredded or spiralised into noodles
- 65g zucchini noodles
- 60g button mushrooms thinly sliced
- 125ml 1 2 cup massel reduced salt chicken style liquid stock
- 1 hard boiled egg peeled halved
- fresh coriander leaves to serve
The Instruction of ramen noodles in a jar
- combine the sambal coconut milk and lime juice in the base of a 500ml 2 cup microwave safe jar with a lid
- layer the wholegrain noodles carrot zucchini noodles and mushrooms to the jar cover and place in fridge until ready to serve
- add the stock and 125ml 1 2 cup water to the jar cover with plastic wrap and microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the soup is hot and vegetables are tender top with the egg and coriander leaves
