The ingredient of Trash Cookies Recipe
- 1 1 2 cups plain flour
- 1 2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 3 4 cup caster sugar
- 125g butter melted cooled
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg lightly beaten
- 1 2 cup jelly beans
- 1 1 3 cups mini pretzels
- 1 cup mixed m mu2019s
- 12 5g sachet wizz fizz sherbert
The Instruction of trash cookies recipe
- preheat oven to 180c 160c fan forced grease 4 large baking trays line with baking paper
- sift flour cream of tartar and bicarbonate of soda into a large bowl stir in sugar add butter vanilla and egg mix well to combine roll level tablespoons of mixture into balls flatten each ball into a disc and place on prepared trays 5cm apart top with jelly beans pretzels and m mu2019s pressing to secure see note
- bake cookies 2 trays at a time for 12 to 15 minutes or until just turning golden around the edges cool on trays for 5 minutes transfer to a wire rack to cool completely dust with sherbert serve
