- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 125g can black beans rinsed drained
- 30g baby spinach
- 1 tbsp crumbled greek feta

- whisk the eggs and almond milk in a small bowl season
- heat a non stick frying pan over medium heat and lightly spray with olive oil cook the beans and spinach stirring for 1 2 minutes or until spinach is wilted transfer to a bowl
