These apple cinnamon muffins are a sweet breakfast treat that wont break the bank.
The ingredient of Better For You Apple Cinnamon Muesli Muffins
- 1 1 2 cups wholemeal self raising flour
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 cup fruit nut toasted muesli
- 1 egg
- 1 4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 120g tub apple puree
- 1 1 4 cups buttermilk
- 2 small pink lady apples unpeeled very thinly sliced crossways

- preheat oven to 180c 160c fan forced line a 12 hole 1 3 cup capacity muffin pan with paper cases
- sift flours into a large bowl add the cinnamon sugar and muesli stir to combine whisk egg oil apple pureu0301e and buttermilk together in a large jug add egg mixture to flour mixture stir until just combined do not over mix
