- preheat oven to 200u00b0c 180u00b0c fan forced line 2 baking trays with baking paper place bread pieces on 1 prepared tray drizzle over oil garlic and thyme toss to coat bake for 15 20 minutes or until golden and crisp
- meanwhile place the bacon in a single layer on the remaining prepared tray bake for 15 minutes or until golden and crisp coarsely chop
