  • place onion celery mushroom garlic bay leaves and oregano in the bowl of a 5 5litre slow cooker stir to combine add lentils passata stock and tomato paste season with salt and pepper stir to combine
  • cover cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours or until vegetables are tender remove and discard bay leaves add fettuccine toss to combine cook for 2 minutes or until tender
  • serve topped with cheese and basil
