We love this hash for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

The ingredient of Chorizo And Sweet Potato Peri Peri Hash

  • 65ml nandos peri peri sauce
  • 2 poached eggs
  • 2 sweet potatoes peeled and diced
  • 100g chorizo diced
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 1 red capsicum diced
  • 50g crumbled feta
  • small bunch chopped parsley

The Instruction of chorizo and sweet potato peri peri hash

  • heat oil in a large frying pan and add onion and red capsicum cook for 5 mins
  • turn heat down to medium add the chorizo and sweet potato then cook for 12 15 minutes until the sweet potato is tender
  • add peri peri sauce and parsley
  • finish with poached egg and crumbled feta
