The ingredient of Chorizo And Sweet Potato Peri Peri Hash
- 65ml nandos peri peri sauce
- 2 poached eggs
- 2 sweet potatoes peeled and diced
- 100g chorizo diced
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red onion diced
- 1 red capsicum diced
- 50g crumbled feta
- small bunch chopped parsley
The Instruction of chorizo and sweet potato peri peri hash
- heat oil in a large frying pan and add onion and red capsicum cook for 5 mins
- turn heat down to medium add the chorizo and sweet potato then cook for 12 15 minutes until the sweet potato is tender
- add peri peri sauce and parsley
- finish with poached egg and crumbled feta
