This yummy cannellini bean dip is delicious spread on some fresh, crunchy bread.
The ingredient of Cannellini Bean Dip
- 1 french stick very thinly sliced
- olive oil spray
- 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans rinsed and drained
- 1 4 cup 60ml olive oil
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 anchovy fillets finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 2 tbsp capers rinsed
- 1 red onion finely chopped
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves finely chopped
The Instruction of cannellini bean dip
- preheat oven to 180u00b0c lay slices of bread on baking trays spray with oil and bake for 10 minutes until crisp
- mash beans with a fork in a jar combine remaining ingredients except onion and basil shake well to combine add to beans and mix well
- just before serving stir onion and basil through bean dip and transfer to a bowl serve with toast
