Cannellini Bean Dip


This yummy cannellini bean dip is delicious spread on some fresh, crunchy bread.

The ingredient of Cannellini Bean Dip

  • 1 french stick very thinly sliced
  • olive oil spray
  • 2 x 400g cans cannellini beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 4 cup 60ml olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 anchovy fillets finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 2 tbsp capers rinsed
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup fresh basil leaves finely chopped

The Instruction of cannellini bean dip

  • preheat oven to 180u00b0c lay slices of bread on baking trays spray with oil and bake for 10 minutes until crisp
  • mash beans with a fork in a jar combine remaining ingredients except onion and basil shake well to combine add to beans and mix well
  • just before serving stir onion and basil through bean dip and transfer to a bowl serve with toast
