Made with fresh basil and pine nuts, our vegan basil pesto is packed with flavour.
The ingredient of Vegan Pesto
- 2 cups firmly packed fresh basil leaves
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 55g 1 3 cup pine nuts toasted
- 125ml 1 2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp nutritional yeast see note
The Instruction of vegan pesto
- process the basil garlic and 45g 1 4 cup of the pine nuts in a food processor until finely chopped with the motor running add the oil in a slow steady stream and process until smooth transfer to a bowl stir in the nutritional yeast and remaining pine nuts season
