Vibrant and cheery, this simple broad bean and tomato salad makes a fabulous side dish.
The ingredient of Braised Broad Beans
- 500g packet frozen broad beans
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove crushed
- 2 roma tomatoes finely chopped
- 1 tbsp finely chopped fresh flat leaf parsley leaves
The Instruction of braised broad beans
- place broad beans in a heatproof bowl cover with boiling water set aside for 2 minutes drain peel broad beans and discard skins
- heat oil in a medium frying pan over medium heat add onion and garlic cook stirring for 5 minutes or until softened
- add broad beans and tomato cook stirring occasionally for 5 minutes or until heated through stir in parsley serve
