• 100g white chocolate melted
• pink liquid food colouring
• blue liquid food colouring
• coles funfetti sprinkles to decorate
• coles star sprinkles to decorate

• line a large baking tray with baking paper unwrap the cookies and place on the lined tray
• divide the chocolate into 3 bowls use food colouring to tint 2 of the chocolate portions pale pink and blue
• working quickly dip 1 cookie halfway into melted chocolate return to tray repeat with remaining cookies and chocolate
• sprinkle some of the cookies with the funfetti sprinkles and star sprinkles set place any remaining chocolate into separate sealable bags cut off 1 small corner drizzle over some of the cookies set
