• 1 1 4 cups orange juice
• 1 1 4 cups caster sugar
• 250g strawberries hulled roughly chopped
• 2 litres soda water chilled
• ice cubes to serve

The Instruction of strawberry and orange soda

• place orange juice sugar strawberries and 1 4 cup cold water in a saucepan over medium low heat cook stirring for 5 minutes or until sugar has dissolved increase heat to high bring to the boil reduce heat to medium low simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until slightly thickened remove from heat cool strain through a fine sieve into a bottle or jug discard strawberries refrigerate covered for 30 minutes or until chilled
• add 2 tablespoons fruit syrup to each glass top with soda water serve with ice
