  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 12 slices short cut bacon
  • 360g pkt english muffins split
  • 1 cup 120g coarsely grated cheddar
  • 1 avocado halved stone removed peeled thickly sliced
  • 2 tomatoes thickly sliced

The Instruction of triple decker breakfast stack

  • preheat grill on high
  • heat the oil in large frying pan add the bacon and cook turning for 5 mins or until crisp transfer to a plate lined with paper towel
  • meanwhile toast muffins cut side up under grill for 2 mins or until lightly toasted transfer 4 of the toasted muffin halves to a plate top remaining muffins with cheddar and cook for 2 mins or until cheddar melts
  • divide bacon among four cheese topped muffins top each with another cheese topped muffin avocado and tomato top with remaining plain muffins secure with skewers
