Satay Marinade


The key to creating the most flavoursome kebabs is to marinate them before cooking them.

The ingredient of Satay Marinade

  • 70g 1 4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 125ml 1 2 cup coconut milk
  • 1 2 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 tsp kecap manis
  • 2 tsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 2 tsp ground coriander

  • stir all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat for 2 3 minutes place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over marinade cover and place in the fridge for 4 hours to marinate
