• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
• 200g button mushrooms sliced
• 60g baby spinach
• 2 green onions chopped

• 1 tbsp massel chicken stock powder
• 2 tsp dijon mustard
• 2 garlic cloves crushed
• 300ml pure cream
• 1 cup grated cheddar
• sliced green onion to serve

• preheat oven to 200 180c fan forced
• toss pasta chicken mushroom spinach and onion together in a large bowl transfer to a 12 cup capacity baking dish
• whisk tomato paste worcestershire sauce stock powder mustard and garlic together in a large jug gradually whisk in cream and 1 cup of water until smooth and combined season well with salt and pepper
