The ingredient of 5 Ingredient Breakfast Pizza
- 800g about 5 desiree potatoes cooked peeled cooled
- 40g 1 2 cup coarsely grated cheddar
- 5 eggs
- 2 rashers streaky bacon
- 130g cherry truss tomatoes
The Instruction of 5 ingredient breakfast pizza
- preheat oven to 200u00b0c 180u00b0c fan forced line a baking tray with baking paper
- coarsely grate the potatoes and place in a large bowl add the cheddar and 1 egg season stir gently to combine spoon mixture onto prepared tray and press into a 30cm round making the potato a bit higher around the edge remove rind and excess fat from bacon place bacon rashers twisting once on the potato base to form a cross spray potato mixture lightly with olive oil
- bake for 20 25 minutes or until golden brown add the tomatoes to the tray use the back of a spoon to make 4 shallow indents in each pizza quarter crack an egg into each bake for 5 minutes or until the egg whites are just set
- place the tomatoes on the pizza and cut into quarters to serve
