Watermelon, Cranberry Guava Slushy


On hot summer days, theres nothing better than a fresh fruit slushy.

The ingredient of Watermelon Cranberry Guava Slushy

  • 1 4 about 600g watermelon rind removed coarsely chopped
  • 750ml 3 cups guava nectar
  • 500ml 2 cups cranberry juice chilled
  • 125ml 1 2 cup fresh lime juice

The Instruction of watermelon cranberry guava slushy

  • place the watermelon in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth strain through a fine sieve into a large metal container add the guava cranberry and lime juices and stir to combine cover with foil and place in the freezer for 4 hours or until partially frozen
  • transfer frozen watermelon mixture to the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth
  • pour among glasses and serve immediately
