- 100g cheese coarsley grated

- preheat a jaffle maker spread the bread with butter place 4 slices of bread butter side down in the jaffle maker
- divide the pork between each slice spoon over 2 3 tablespoons of sauce and scatter over cheese top with 4 slices of bread butter side up cook in the jaffle maker for 5 7 minutes or until golden
- transfer jaffles to a plate or serving board to cool slightly before cutting in half to serve
