This bright and crunchy purple slaw is a great side for entertaining and is super speedy, ready in just 15 minutes.

The ingredient of Quick Purple Slaw Recipe

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 4 small red cabbage finely shredded
  • 1 2 radicchio shredded
  • 2 purple kale stalks stems and centre veins discarded leaves shredded
  • 1 small red skinned apple quartered cored cut into thin wedges
  • 1 2 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp roughly chopped fresh dill
  • 1 4 cup pecans roughly chopped
