The ingredient of Strawberry Toffee Desserts
- 500g strawberries hulled quartered
- 1 4 cup orange flavoured liqueur such as cointreau or grand marnier see notes
- 2 tbsp icing sugar mixture
- 2 x 175g tubs nestle all natural strawberry yogurt
- 3 4 cup caster sugar
The Instruction of strawberry toffee desserts
- combine strawberries liqueur and icing sugar in a bowl set aside for 10 minutes to allow flavours to develop
- divide strawberry mixture between glasses top with yoghurt refrigerate for 15 minutes
- meanwhile combine caster sugar and 3 4 cup warm water in a saucepan over low heat stir until sugar is dissolved increase heat to high bring to the boil boil without stirring for 10 minutes or until mixture is golden brown remove from heat set aside for 2 minutes or until bubbles subside spoon sugar mixture over yoghurt serve
