  • 250g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 garlic cloves thinly sliced
  • 200g tuscan kale chopped
  • 170g can quartered artichoke hearts drained
  • 1 2 cup 75g pitted kalamata olives
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
