- 125ml 1 2 cup red wine
- 125ml 1 2 cup olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves

- whisk all the ingredients in a bowl until well combined place kebabs in a glass or ceramic dish and pour over the marinade cover and place in the fridge for 2 hours to marinate
