- 4 coles salmon skin off fillets
- 2 bunches broccolini trimmed halved
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 1 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 large zucchini peeled into ribbons
- 100g baby kale or mixed baby salad leaves
- 4 radishes thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp almond spread
- 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 2 tsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
- red vein sorrel leaves to serve optional

- preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill pan on high lightly spray the salmon and broccolini with olive oil cook the salmon for 2 3 minutes each side or until cooked to your liking cook the broccolini for 2 minutes each side or until bright green and just tender
