These potato blinis with smoked salmon are delicious and great for entertaining.
The ingredient of Potato Blinis With Smoked Salmon
- 1 large carisma potato peeled diced
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp self raising flour
- 1 1 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 2 tbsp snipped chives
- cooking oil spray
- 1 2 cup light sour cream
- 100g coles finest sliced smoked salmon
- 2 tbsp drained coles brand baby capers
- dill sprigs to serve
The Instruction of potato blinis with smoked salmon
- process the potato egg and flour in a food processor or blender until smooth transfer to a bowl and stir in the thickened cream and chives season well
- heat a heavy based frying pan over high heat and spray with oil drop heaped tablespoons portions of batter into pan in batches and cook for 1 min each side or until golden and cooked through transfer to a plate
- top the blinis with the sour cream smoked salmon capers and dill
