Anzac Breakfast Cups


Turn store-bought biscuits into cute breakfast cups filled with yoghurt, nuts and fruits. Theyre also great as an easy treat for a crowd or kids party, too.

The ingredient of Anzac Breakfast Cups

  • 16 bought anzac biscuits
  • 25g 1 4 cup natural flaked almonds
  • 1 large rosemary sprig broken into little sprigs
  • 260g 1 cup boysenberry twist yoghurt
  • 150g fresh or frozen mixed berries
  • golden syrup or honey to drizzle

The Instruction of anzac breakfast cups

  • preheat oven to 180c 160c fan forced place 12 biscuits over each hole of a twelve hole patty pan bake for 4 minutes or until soft remove from oven carefully press the softened biscuits into the pan to form a cup shape set aside to cool repeat with the remaining four biscuits
  • place the almonds and rosemary on a baking tray bake for 3 minutes or until lightly toasted set aside
  • spoon the yoghurt into the biscuit cups top with the berries and the nut mixture drizzle with golden syrup or honey
